Why is there a CGTMSE (Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises) fee applicable on micro Credit Cards?

As per the mandate by the Department of Financial Services (DFS), guarantee cover is made available for micro Credit Cards issued by ICICI Bank. Hence, the Bank is charging the respective guarantee fee to the card user as per the Credit Guarantee Scheme guidelines.

How is the CGTMSE fee calculated?

CGTMSE guarantee fee is 0.55% of the micro Credit Card limit (+GST). For Example - If the approved credit limit is ₹5 lakh, CGTMSE fee will be (0.55% x 5,00,000) i.e. ₹2,750 (+GST).

How do I redeem the reward points earned on the Micro Business Credit Card?

Points can be redeemed for gift vouchers, merchandise, travel bookings and more through the ICICI Bank Rewards portal or the Self-Care Portal.
